Partners have always been a vital part of the birthing process but with COVID-19 restrictions in place in most hospitals, they are now faced with being the only support person allowed into the room. We keep hearing mums and partners say that this change is a difficult and anxiety-provoking one. So we’ve asked our doula to design a program for these partners.
Broken into two sessions, our Birth Support for Partners course runs over two consecutive Saturdays at 10am via Zoom. Each session runs for 60 minutes and there is time for questions throughout. You will also have email access for further questions after the course.
The course cost $225.
