VBAC Workshop

A 2hr workshop for pregnant parents who are planning a vaginal birth after caesarean. We firmly believe that the childbearing journey has the potential to affect every facet of a person's life, including their relationship with their new baby, partner, themselves and their functioning in wider society.

VBAC Workshop

Unpacking your previous birthing experiences;

  • Understanding the VBAC statistics in Australia

  • What options & choices you need to consider once you decide you want a VBAC

  • What to expect from the maternity care system

  • Breaking down the “risks” & looking at what the evidence says

  • Tips for planning a positive birth – whichever way it turns out

    Please note that this workshop is aimed at exploring VBAC from a place of curiosity & debunking some of the myths and fears around the option for those who are interested in learning more. This workshop does not have the capacity to be full birth preparation. If you are hoping to tangibly prepare with practical tools, we recommend completing the Classic Course as well, as this will be comprehensive birth education
