A 5-week course in preparing the body for birth with yoga with MAMA's yoga instructors, Louise, Mel & Renee.
Various dates available at both Kensington & Caulfield centres.
Kensington Saturday mornings – classes are 8.30am – 9.30am
Caulfield Saturday mornings – classes are 9.00am – 10.00am

Yoga For Birth


MAMA offers 5 week courses in preparing the body for birth with yoga with yoga instructors, Louise, Mel & Lauren.

In this short course you will learn:
– to improve overall body strength and flexibility
– to create a sense of lift in the torso and space for the breath
– to relieve the pain and discomfort of common pregnancy symptoms
– simple flowing movements that can help with optimal foetal positioning
– breathing techniques that are proven to relax the body, reduce tension and stress, and improve alertness and presence

Cost is $95 pp for 5 week course.
