Classes numbers will be limited to ensure social distancing at all MAMA classes.
Yoga mats will be available for use, but please bring a towel to use with our bolsters and any additional props you may prefer.
Mums & Bubs
Mums & Bubs Yoga is a wonderful continuation of your pregnancy yoga practice or a wonderful new addition to your early time with your baby. It is both fun and soothing. Focus is on rebuilding core and pelvic strength, relieving the aches commonly associated with early mothering, and sharing a nurturing practice with your baby. Wear something comfortable, bring a blanket/rug for your baby to lie on and any toys she is enjoying
Mondays 3 – 4pm — $120 for block of 5 classes.

We are so pleased to now be offering 5-week Antenatal Yoga Courses at MAMA Services in Hampton! These structured and intimate courses will be held on Monday from 6pm-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-11am.
Our Monday yoga teacher Louise is a Registered Nurse, Registered Yoga Teacher and Doula. She will guide you through safe and effective movements for your pregnancy. You will learn more about yoru changing body and how to ease tension through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and dyhana (meditation). Adding to this, you will learn effective strategies for labour and birth, connect with other pregnant women and connect with your growing baby.
Our Saturday yoga teacher Cindy has been sharing the joy of yoga for 8 years now and practiced many before that. She is passionate about giving pregnant mummas some yoga tools for breath, body and mind to help with birth, feeding and beyond. Her sessions focus not only on the physical benefits, but also breathing and how you can take the peaceful yoga philosophy through life and birthing with a lighthearted approach.
MAMA Hampton yoga courses have a maximum of 5 spaces so bookings are essential.*
