As of January 2019 our nutritionist, Josie, will be running regular talks on topics related to pregnancy nutrition, postpartum recovery, and weaning from MAMA centres in both Hampton and Kensington.
The talks will centre around evidence based, up to date research, incorporating both modern and traditional nutritional and self-care practices. The information will be useable and accessible with take away recipes and guides to help you to put her recommendations into action.
For more personal, targeted support she will additionally be seeing clients for one-on-one consultations out of the MAMA Kensington Clinic.
