Rosie is a women’s health physiotherapist and a qualified clinical Pilates instructor. Join her on Wednesdays at MAMA for a rejuvenating lunch time mat Pilates class. This class is designed for everyone; all shapes and sizes, and if you are a mum feel free to bring your baby.
Pilates incorporates strength and flexibility with a focus on controlled movement. Rosie will supply everything you need like mats, ball, elastics etc but feel free to your own if you wish. Please note that this class is a non-clinical class, so it cannot be claimed on your private health insurance, but Rosie will happily adjust the class to suit your needs.
