Mums & Bubs Yoga is a wonderful continuation of your pregnancy yoga practice, or a wonderful new addition to your early time with your baby.
It is both fun and soothing with a focus is on rebuilding core and pelvic strength, relieving the aches commonly associated with early mothering, and sharing a nurturing practice with your baby.
Wear something comfortable, bring a blanket/rug for your baby to lie on and any toys she is enjoying
Our Mums & Bubs Yoga classes are taught by Janelle and held Fridays 10am – 11am, excluding public holidays and school holidays.
Please note, we require mums to be six weeks post birth and to have the approval of a medical care provider before attending our Mums & Bubs classses.
