Baby massage is a wonderful skill parents can add to their toolbox, which can be utilised throughout their child’s life. Correct stroke techniques and timing are vitally important to achieve the many benefits of baby massage. Research has also shown that performing regular baby massage has helped caregivers feel more confident and less stressed, enhancing the special bond with their baby.

BABY MASSAGE COURSE
This course covers the full sequence of baby massage, taught in stages so you can practice in between classes. It also includes discussion on the many benefits of baby massage, when to massage, contraindications, strokes for relief of colic, constipation and wind, lymphatic exercises, appropriate oils to use and how massage changes as babies grow and develop.

3 sessions; approx. 60mins each session.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲- as per DHHS guidance, we can only accept bookings for in-person groups from fully vaccinated participants at this time. Sonya offers private sessions and Zoom sessions as well, both of which would be available regardless of vaccination status. Please let us know if you would like to arrange one of these.
