Cindy has been sharing the joy of yoga for 8 years now and practiced many before that. She is passionate about giving pregnant mummas some yoga tools for breath, body and mind to help with birth, feeding and beyond. Cindy has 2 children that were MAMA homebirths and loves being part of the support team for mothers. She holds a health science degree specialising in homeopathy as well as qualifications in varied yoga types. Her sessions focus not only on the physical benefits, but also breathing and how you can take the peaceful yoga philosophy through life and birthing with a lighthearted approach.
