Ania (Dhyan Adi) took up yoga and meditation to be like the celebrities. 20 years later, she has found inner peace and the ability to cope with her two rowdy boys (most days). During her pregnancies, Ania experienced first-hand the benefits of regular meditation to manage stress, balance the nervous system and restore energy and grace. She uses breathing and mindfulness techniques daily to help her cope with the enormous pressures of modern life and delights in sharing these with her students. Qualified in reiki, yin yoga, kundalini yoga and a certified mediation teacher with Meditation Australia, Ania spends her spare time engineering buildings and feeding people she loves.
