We know that breastfeeding is universally championed as the “best choice” for mums and babies, but we also know it can be a challenging experience, especially for first time parents.
Everyone you meet will want to share their opinions about what to do and what not to do. As a new parent, it’s hard to navigate the often conflicting advice and figure out what’s fact and fiction out there.
Our MAMA Director, Jan Ireland will guide you through all you need to know about breastfeeding.
We aim to arm you with the knowledge and wisdom to make the best decisions for you and your family!
